We are thrilled to offer a position on our award-winning Graduate Programme.

The Allianz Graduate Programme spans three years and comprises four dynamic rotations within Allianz. Throughout the Programme, you will embark on three rotations at Allianz Ireland and one international rotation with one of our global affiliates.  

We offer two distinct graduate pathways tailored to your background: General Insurance and Data and Analytics. Both pathways will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your chosen field and make a significant impact within our organization.

What makes an award winner?

We are looking to attract students with strong entrepreneurial spirit and innovative ideas.  

To enter you need to:

Have a strong passion for entrepreneurship.

Be innovative

Be a penultimate and final year student.

Achieve at least a 2:1

Your details must be submitted and completed by 23rd February 2024.

If you are successful in getting through to the next stage, you will hear from us by mid-March.

Assessment centre

The top 10 shortlisted candidates will be reviewed by Foras na Gaeilge.  

Foras na Gaeilge will conduct virtual interviews to determine the winner. This process may involve a presentation.

Grand final

The final shortlist of ten students will be invited to the awards ceremony on 10th April 2024, at the Aviva Stadium where the award winners will be announced.
