What makes an award winner?
Our ideal Female Leader should embody the following qualities and aspirations:
- Visionary Leadership: A clear vision for advancing women in leadership roles, with aspirations to become an influential leader in their chosen field.
- Commitment to Gender Equality: A strong dedication to promoting gender equality and empowering women.
- Innovative and Entrepreneurial Mindset: A drive for innovation and entrepreneurial thinking, with a passion for making a meaningful impact in their community, field, and beyond.
To enter you need to:
- Be a female undergraduate student with an interest in leadership and gender equality.
- Be on track to attain a minimum of 2:1.
- Have the right to work in the EU after graduation.

Receive an email inviting you to complete three assessments designed exclusively by our partner SHL.

Your details must be submitted and all online assessments completed by 23 February 2024.
If you are successful in getting through to the next stage, you will hear from us by 5 March 2024.
Assessment centre
The top 10 shortlisted candidates will be reviewed by Deloitte.
The process to determine the award winner may involve a virtual interview.
Grand final
The final shortlist of ten students will be invited to the awards ceremony on 10th April 2024, at the Aviva Stadium where the award winners will be announced.
