We're searching Irish colleges and universities to find the Future Business Leader of the Year. We're looking for commercially minded, entrepreneurial students who aspire to make a real impact in their career.

Win a day out with an Aldi Area Manager providing the lucky winner with a fantastic on the job insight into a typical day within a fast paced retailer. Your day will afford you the opportunity to spend time with a senior company leader and learn how Aldi operates.
WHAT IT TAKES
Ambitious, and determined students are what we are looking for. We’d like to attract students who are working towards a career in leadership, where they can be responsible for successfully developing and leading those around them.
We love diversity in our teams across the country, so we don’t limit the subject area of prospective students, but we’re keen to meet those who love working with people in a fast-paced, challenging but highly rewarding environment.
To enter you need to:
· Be an undergraduate student, of any discipline, with an interest in leadership as a future career.
· Be in your penultimate or final year at university.
· Be on track to attain a minimum of 2:1. This can be in any discipline.
· Have the right to work in the European Union after graduation.

GOING ALL THE WAY

Receive an email inviting you to complete three assessments designed exclusively by our partner SHL.
Your details & online assessments must be submitted and completed by 23rd February 2024.
If you are successful in getting through to the next stage, you will hear from us by 5 March 2024.
The top 10 shortlisted candidates will be reviewed by Aldi.
The process to determine the award winner may involve a virtual or face-to-face interview.
The final shortlist of ten students will be invited to the awards ceremony on 10th April 2024, at the Aviva Stadium where the award winners will be announced.
