To enter you need to:
Be an undergraduate student, of any discipline with a focus on management.
Have an expected 2.1 Honours Level 8 degree
Be customer oriented with an interest in the retail world

Complete the application form and answer three questions set out by Fidelity International.
Online tests
Receive an email inviting you to complete two assessments designed exclusively by our partner SHL.

Your details & online assessments must be submitted and completed by 23rd February 2024.
If you are successful in getting through to the next stage, you will hear from us by 5 March 2024.
Assessment centre
Grand final
The final shortlist of ten students will be invited to the awards ceremony on 10th April 2024, at the Aviva Stadium where the award winners will be announced.
