The Future Entrepreneur Undergraduate of the Year Award, sponsored by Allianz Ireland, celebrates students who demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, resilience and creativity. We’re looking for future leaders who can turn ideas into action, adapt to challenges and make a positive impact on people, communities and the world around them.

A Place on our Graduate Programme
We are thrilled to offer a position on our award-winning Graduate Programme.
The Allianz Graduate Programme spans three years and comprises four dynamic rotations within Allianz. Throughout the Programme, you will embark on three rotations at Allianz Ireland and one international rotation with one of our global affiliates.
We offer two distinct graduate pathways tailored to your background: General Insurance and Data and Analytics. Both pathways will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your chosen field and make a significant impact within our organization.
WHAT IT TAKES
A winner of the Future Entrepreneur Award is someone who shows more than just ambition- they show action. They think creatively, solve problems with resilience, and keep people at the heart of their ideas.
The winner will be able to demonstrate how they have applied entrepreneurial thinking in real-life situations and how this mindset will help them make a difference in the future. Above all, they embody the Allianz values of innovation, adaptability and putting people first,

GOING ALL THE WAY
Complete the application form and answer one question set out by Allianz.
Receive an email inviting you to complete two assessments designed exclusively by our partner SHL.
Your details & online questions must be submitted and completed by the 2nd of February 2026.
If you are successful in getting through to the next stage, you will hear from us by 18th of February 2026.
The top 10/15 shortlisted candidates will be reviewed by Allianz.
The process to determine the award winner may involve a virtual or face-to-face interview.
This information will be confirmed by the sponsor at a later date.
The final shortlist of ten students will be invited to the awards ceremony on 1st of April 2026, at the Aviva Stadium where the award winners will be announced.
